ORDERING INFORMATION

SALES TERMS

All Sales are final. Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Notify Tess Wigs ® within 24 hours of receipt of goods to report shipping errors. Tess Wigs ® will make corrections upon verification. Minimum order of $50 is required to submit claims through USPS. We will cover the remaining amount by replacing the item if proven by USPS tracking your item was lost or damaged.

RETURN PROCESSING

Requests for returns must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods. The merchandise can be returned at the customer's expense. All merchandise must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging. You will be credited the amount you paid less a 50% restocking fee towards your next purchase. Unauthorized returns will be returned back to the sender if you provided a return ship label or it will be donated to a shelter.

DEFECTIVES AND SHIPPING ERROR RETURNS

Tess Wigs ® guarantees the quality of all merchandise. Tess Wigs® will promptly issue a 50% refund upon receipt of the item within 5 business days. Tess Wigs will not accept returns more than 7 days from the date of the original invoice.

SHIPPING

Unless otherwise requested, Tess Wigs ® ships all orders USPS inside the USA .Upon request, we will ship your orders USPS Priority mail. World Wide Shipping Available, Federal Express and UPS Saturday delivery are available at a premium price. Please specify your preferred shipping method when placing your order.

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Should any order be damaged or lost in shipping, please adhere to the following procedure:

1. File a report from your local UPS office.

2. Have your tracking number available after you file a report with your local post office. Call us at 414-271-9447 if the item purchased was over the amount USPS insures. At this time we will credit your Tess Wigs account the difference in price towards your next purchase. In order too receive credit your tracking number must show not delivered. Under no circumstance should merchandise be returned in any other way without first consulting our staff.

LOST MERCHANDISE

Should merchandise be lost in transit, Tess Wigs ® will replace the goods after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim must be filed, and the merchandise will be replaced of the equal value over in credit towards another product . No money and or credit purchase, PayPal any other form of payment be credited. You will only be offered an item off our site of equal value. Please note we do everything we can to prevent loss. Please make sure you have the correct address including apartment number. If you have the wrong address listed we will not replace the item.

REFUSALS

Any account who refuses an order at the time of delivery will incur a $10.00 restocking fee plus any freight charges accrued as a result of the refused shipment. Orders refused as a result of an error on the part of Tess Wigs ® will not incur the above mentioned fees.

If purchasing a large amount with prior approval we may accept a check from our retail clients with tax ID.

There will be a $30.00 service charge for checks that are returned unpaid for any reason.

Tess Wigs reserves the right too block and not sell to anyone who writes negative reviews against our company. Tess Wigs reserves the right to block all users who makes false claims.

Tess Wigs request if your not satisfied with your purchase contact us within 24 hours. We will do everything we can to satisfy you. If you don’t contact us for a resolution we have the right too ask you to remove any negative comments or reviews against our company name. If not removed within 24 hours we will take proper action and you will be blocked from purchasing from Tess Wigs.

Keeping in mind our online reputation is extremely important we strive to provide the best quality merchandise on the market today. Leaving a negative false review can be damaging too our success and is taken very seriously. If you love our product don’t write a negative review. We reserve the right to not service anyone who leaves negative comments or reviews.
