Tess Wigs ® accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.
If purchasing a large amount with prior approval we may accept a check from our retail clients with valid tax ID.
There will be a $30 service charge for checks that are returned unpaid for any reason.
All sales are final.
No returns or exchanges.
All orders placed before 12:00 PM (NOON) CST will ship out the same business day unless the order requires ID/address verification or an order update is requested by the customer. Orders are not processed on holidays. If an uncontrollable event affects our warehouse, all orders will be processed and shipped the next business day. All promotion and holiday orders ship out within 72 hours, however during all sales, promotions, and holidays shipping times may vary.
Shipping during holidays: Please allow up to 4 business days for the order to process before inquiring about shipping.
Please allow up to 2 business days for the order to process before inquiring about shipping. When a customer places an order, they will be provided with an estimated date of delivery, based on the availability of the selected items and the shipping address.
Unless otherwise requested, Tess Wigs ® ships all orders USPS inside the USA. Upon request, we will ship the order USPS Priority mail. World wide shipping available, Federal Express, and UPS Saturday delivery are available at a premium price. Please specify your preferred shipping method when placing the order.
RECEIPT OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Should any order be damaged or lost in shipping, please adhere to the following procedure:
- File a report with your local USPS office.
- Keep the tracking number USPS provides after filing the report. Contact Us if the item purchased was over the amount USPS insures. We will credit your Tess Wigs account the difference in price towards your next purchase. In order to receive credit, the tracking number must show not delivered. Under no circumstances should merchandise be returned in any other way without first consulting our staff.
Should the order be lost in transit, Tess Wigs ® will replace the goods with in store credit. In order to qualify the order must show a notification by the carrier of non-delivery and a claim has to be filed with the carrier. Please note we do everything we can to prevent loss. Please ensure the order has the correct address, including apartment number. If the wrong address is listed we will not replace the merchandise.
Any refused orders at the time of delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee plus any shipping charges accrued as a result of the refused shipment. Orders refused as a result of an error on the part of Tess Wigs ® will not incur the above mentioned fees.
Tess Wigs reserves the right to refuse service at any time. Tess Wigs reserves the right to block all users who make false claims.
